Refund policy
At KEITHENS, every artwork is printed specifically for each customer. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product and its packaging
Once your claim has been reviewed, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders are sent to production shortly after they are placed. For this reason, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
