Refund policy

At KEITHENS, every artwork is printed specifically for each customer. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal (EU)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at shop@keithens.com. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

We will issue a full refund — including the original shipping cost — within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised products. This may include prints produced specifically to order, where applicable. This exception does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at shop@keithens.com and include:

Your order number
A brief description of the problem
Clear photos of the item and its packaging

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been sent to production, you may cancel it by contacting us as soon as possible at shop@keithens.com. Once production has started, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
